I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capita (Mumbai) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview process was fair with Capita. They had rounds with Senior Managers, DGM and then HOD. Obviously the discussions with HR were separate. They also conduct the background and reference checks prior to joining. I had a good perception of the organization and people when I met these senior folks however, everything said in the interview did not come true at the end of it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of questions asked was "what is the difference between risks and issues", while I managed to convince them with my response, I later found out that the question was based on Prince 2 methodology and that my response was not the best response that one would like to hear in an interview (P.S. I still got the job..LOL)
MS teams, very pleasant and professional. Two stage interview process with four hiring managers. Interviews lasted approx 45 minutes each. I was contacted within a number of days with a offer - which i gladly accepted. Nice interview process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Multiple rounds of interview and very professional interviewer who make a you feel at ease and which helps them understand what can you bring to the table other than just your qualifications and certifications

Interview
Easy, 2 levels of interview. I met with recruiter and then with the hiring manager and a colleague. Thier questions were typical stereotypical PM questions, nothing innovative. Favourite product, stakeholder relationship etc.
