Capita Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

very easy. everything done on skype. got the job offer immediately after. no big requirements. they are desperate to hire new people because many people always quit or find something better. they will give you 2 weeks paid training which is fairly good. after that you are alone. they dont care if you re sick or the customers are aggressive towards you. they only want you to make money and that all that matter. no transparency. very toxic environment.
