I applied online. I interviewed at Capita in Apr 2017
Interview
During the phone interview a lot of the questions was focused on your views of change, how you deal with change and examples of you managing change. Having passed this I now await the assessment day. Due to the fact that they have many applicants it can take a long time for Capita to notify you of the next stage or to let you know if you haven't been successful or nor.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Saint Mellons, Wales) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was invited to the office to interview with the HR manager and the head of the geotechnical department. They asked me mostly competency based questions with a focus on my university modules as I had no prior relevant experience. Although I wasn't interviewing for the geotechnical department I was still asked several general engineering questions from the head and also about what areas of civil engineering I was interested in.
