Capita interview questions

Friendly, relaxed face to face interview with 2 nice managers. This was proceeded by a short phone interview also with 2 managers. During the face-to-face interview I was asked a lot of competence and behavior based questions. Very positive experience. It was based in one of the rooms of actual workplace so I also could get a sense of what's happening on an actual working day.

Offered a position via recruitment agency as Capita needed staff immediately for a high volume project. Started within 2 days after handing in info to recruitment agency and meeting with Capita line manager
