Capita interview questions

Had a 45 minute phone interview which I passed then two weeks later went in for an assessment which took around 2 hours, it was quite enjoyable and easy going. I felt relaxed during the assessment, which was with 6 other people, we did a scenario that at first I didn't understand but when it got explained it was very easy! I can't wait to start working there!

The whole process went really well and both, the Capita Internal Resourcing staff and the Interviewing Pannel were very professional and friendly at the same time. My first interview was by phone and lasted about 20 minutes. Then I was called in for an aptitude test where I had to answer questions that would check my attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines. Lastly, my face to face to interview took the form of a competency interview and lasted about 45 minutes.
