Capita interview questions

Applied for the through an online recruiter, Got a call to come in for an interview. Sat down in meeting room with the supervisor and manager of the role. The basic went through the regular questions about my background, education , achievements etc. They had my cv in front of them and asked questions based on what they were looking at on my cv. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. Five days later I received a phone call offering me the job.

Quite a few steps to the process. Phone interview. Psychometric test. Assessment day. Face to face interview. Assessment day was the trickiest as I had never done one but the quality of of people was pretty poor but I was still surprised that I got the role out of 150 applicants.
