Interview
An online application followed by a telephone interview. The telephone interview lasted around 30mins, I was asked to confirm some details and then a series of competency-based questions followed. Once this stage was passed, I was invited to a group interview where were given a task to distribute a share of £2 million between some animals. We were also being observed at this point. A tour followed, after which I was given the decision onsite.

Interview
Applied for the through an online recruiter, Got a call to come in for an interview. Sat down in meeting room with the supervisor and manager of the role. The basic went through the regular questions about my background, education , achievements etc. They had my cv in front of them and asked questions based on what they were looking at on my cv. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. Five days later I received a phone call offering me the job.

Assessment day was the trickiest as I had never done one but the quality of of people was pretty poor but I was still surprised that I got the role out of 150 applicants.
