I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Maidstone, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a standard interview with a literacy test at the end. There was a panel with a series of standard interview questions being asked. The test at the end involved reading an article and answering questions about the article in 20 minutes by hand. It was analysing if you had an understanding of business resilience, the importance of maintaining a good business reputation with clients and if you understand basic information security.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Clonakilty) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interviewer did most of the talking although I was in there for close to an hour. Wasn't given an opportunity to sell myself properly and struggled to get a word in. They just seemed to read through my CV and ask the odd question without allowing me to answer in much detail
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Leeds, England) in May 2015
Interview
Telephone interview and then a role play presentation interview. The telephone interview was to check my skill level, it was competency based and I had to give examples of my previous work and situations. The second interview was a panel type interview where I was given a scenario to present to two HR professionals who were in 'role play' as operational managers, they really put me through my paces and it did serve to build desire for the job. I would say that they are looking for HR people who are very commercial and not too 'fluffy'.
