Interview was extremely quick and simple. Mainly building rapport with the interviewer and asking alot of questions about the role and position and the company. I was also shown around the call centre and given a brief overview of what was expected as an agent

Application on line followed by screening call. Invited to remote Teams interview with 2 people, Head of Commercial and Senior Commercial Manager. Spent most of the time talking about my career to date. SCM seemed worried about people leaving from the get go. I didn't feel any real Commercial questions were asked, so felt I was there to make up the numbers by the end.

It was a waste of time, energy, and effort:
I received an email with a link to update my details, followed by another email to book a time slot for an interview. After selecting the time and interviewer, I received a confirmation email with the interviewer's name and the scheduled time, but no link or Teams invite was provided.When the interviewer didn't show up, I tried calling the number provided in the email, but it was busy. After sending an email, I received a response from the interviewer saying that I had missed the interview. I requested the Teams invite details from HR, and they sent a screenshot showing my email address was missing from the original invite. The name in the invite screenshot was also incorrect, though the date matched.When I asked HR to reschedule the interview, they informed me that my profile had been put on hold. Despite it being someone else's mistake, they decided to keep my application on hold. HR refused to acknowledge that my email address was missing from the original invite, even after I shared the screenshot they had provided.
