You start off with a pre-screen and security watchdog and then your first interview is to review your cv & second interview is competency based questions. Always ask a minimum of 3 questions about the company

How would you deal with a difficult customer over the phone?
Group and individual stages prior to outcome. The group excerise was to interprate how you would work in a team, the individual stage entailed more work based questions. The interview in total took around 2 hours to complete, it was formal attire but relaxed enviroment.

Interview
It was straight to the point and not too in-depth. Interviewers were punctual, very approachable and willing to answer all concerns. Questions were mainly about personal attributes in star method.
