Capita interview questions

Interviewer asked "tell me about yourself", so I proceeded to explain my educational history. I was interrupted and told to tell him more personal things. He then said "I can gather you don't like the sides of your beard" - one of the first sentences he said, he commented on my appearance, making me totally uncomfortable.
