The interview was very simple, online, and fairly casual but I discovered in the middle of it that I needed to have my passport to hand which hadn't been conveyed in advance. I then had to go and find my passport which I thought would have seemed unprofessional but I guess they didn't mind as I got the job.
On acceptance of the job I was given a work email to access workday and found a message there telling me to have my passport ready. Somewhere I couldn't access before accepting the job and being given a work email.

They asked the same question in several different ways, essentially, what makes a good customer service representative?

The interview process included 3 rounds:
1) 1st Round was objective test which included questions from OOPS, SQL and RDBMS.
2) 2nd Round was technical interview.
3) 3rd Round was HR

Then two rounds with account manager
The rounds were technical but quite simple for a mid-level of senior engineer
It was a pretty fast process as well
