Capita interview questions

2 interviews followed by assessment day involving a group assessment and an individual written assessment. Interviews are not very formal and are quite short and sweet. It's a breeze for most I would say

I was interviewed via an agency which was fairly straight forwarded. It was your standard competency based interview with some questions tailored more towards technology, as it was for a technology company on behalf of Capita.
