Capita Software Developer interview questions

No interview on assessment day, just phonecall interview prior to establish that candidates are passionate about development. Assessment day had 4 hour long tests with into to the company and the Novus programme. The day finished around 3pm as we were told there was no need for them to interview us.

1)APTITUDE ( 1.5 hrs, general aptitude and English) 2)Technical Interview 3)Managerial Interview 300 people had attended 1st round. 7 are selected out of 300 for 2nd round 3 are selected out of 7 for 3rd round No reply after 3rd interview It seems like fake interview process.
