I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cisco (Amsterdam) in Feb 2021
Interview
Expectations set during the interviews by the interviewers were much different than the ultimate result. The reason for rejection was also written in an email that sounded disrespectful more than constructive.
Overall the experience has not been good.

I applied online and received a call few days after to quickly go through what is expected for the role etc. Then I was invited for the webex interviews - general questions on "how do you approach in this scenario" & went through a quick presentation, . The process was clear and smooth.

Interview
A few months ago, a temporary employment agency approached me on LinkedIn for this position at Cisco. In other words, I would have been employed at this external agency, not at Cisco directly. After a seemingly successful screening phone call with this agency's recruiter, I never heard back from them. A few months later, a recruiter who's directly employed at Cisco approached me on LinkedIn. I had a screening phone call with this Cisco recruiter. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. It seemed to have gone positively. But after a week the recruiter informed me that they found stronger candidates. Now I'm seeing several LinkedIn job ads on this same position. All in all, this entire situation makes this vacancy and its department seem unstable and rather chaotic. First, there's an external recruitment agency that was offering temp Cisco contracts on this position. Now the company has started hiring by itself, ditches candidates "because they found stronger applicants", but later on republish the job ad. As a company, you wouldn't need to republish job ads if you have enough strong candidates already if that's what you say. Either you have unrealistically high expectations or your hiring strategies should be updated.
