I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Oct 2016
Interview
5 interviews from peers to director level. They let you feel comfortable and are genuinely interested to hear your story. The recruiters are very helpful in finding the right time and date for planning the interview or even several interviews on the same day, to fasten the process.

Question 1
How do you see the value of this role and how will you bring or improve the value?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward and the recruiter did a good job of communicating expectations and next steps along the way. The recruiter initially reached out to me. I then submitted an application online and spoke to recruiter over the phone to coordinate next steps. Prior to interview day, information was provided to help us prepare for a role play situation as well as information about the role I was applying for. On Interview day, I did a quick role play, then went through 3 different interviews. The interviews had 1 manager on site with several other members of the team participating via video conference. Took a break for lunch half way through but ended mid afternoon. Heard back within the next week or 2 with an offer.
