The most difficult one was the assessment center. It's an intense process and requires a lot of energy and focus. But all the people at Cisco are very nice, so do not get too nervous. You will also meet other candidates at the center.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Aug 2018
Interview
CSAP Interview Process is a very elaborate and stringent process consisting of multiple rounds evaluating candidates on the many fronts considered necessary for the job role.
It starts with CV screening which is then followed by a video resume round. The shortlisted candidates are further screened through a web interview and the selected handful are invited to Cisco Bangalore Campus for a full day selection process.
The selection process includes a technical knowledge check, an HR interview, a Role Play and Presentation round. Its a very stringent process ensuring that there is no scope for any bluff. Only the best of the candidates get picked in the process which reflects in their performance.
The interview is a walk in interview and can be applied for from the CSAP website.

Question 1
How will you sell a given technology to a person who does not know technology at all?
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Cisco (Amsterdam) in Jan 2018
Interview
The whole process took over 8 months, lack of communication and insight in the procedure took over 4 months to get an initial response. In turn I was given a very generic response without any insight to wrong doings or what they were looking for. Overall disappointed with the process and the overall approach of how they handled candidates. This could potentially be traced back to their sheer size, additionally candidates seem to be treated like a number rather than a potential talent.
