Cisco interview questions

You apply online. If you are selected, you are invited to first submit a video presentation of 3 questions you are asked, then if you do well you go on for a video interview using cisco webex. If you pass that then an in person interview at a location of a cisco partner.

Applied for position online and got a reply in a week's time. HR called me and scheduled 2 phone interviews with 2 senior system engineers. The first interview was average with the tell me about yourself questions. I would say that they were checking if I was fit for the company's culture. Second interview was more detailed and interviewer was more or less checking for analytical understanding. Some questions required me to use my imagination and understanding of things.
