Cisco Software Engineer interview questions

The interview was excellent and it was held in San Jose(CA) location. Applied online and got scheduled with phone screen after 1 week. After phone screen and 1-month wait, I was called for an onsite meeting with 5 people + lunch. Met the team and had a great time with them. Questions were focused more on cloud technologies and resume. Coding questions were asked in python. All were easy to solve. Got the outcome and there were able to make me an offer. However, the hiring manager called me up after a week and asked me petty questions and my offer was declined.
