Interview
I was referred to the team by a friend. First, I talked to the hiring manager and a tech lead on the phone. Some chit chat for screening. On the on site interview I was asked in several different areas such as algorithms, SQL and pattern design.

You have stock prices for a company for 30 days. You buy one stock in one day and sell it in another day. How can you maximize your profit?

Interview
I had 3 technical rounds (preliminary can be telephonic but rest will be mostly face to face), 1 management round and 1 hr round for 5 yrs experience.
Out of 3 technical rounds at least one will be about programming. You will be asked to write programs on paper or execute on the laptop. After writing or executing, you will be asked to identify for missed out things or ways to improve the program.
Manager will query your expectations or attitude about work environment, culture and learning.
HR discussion will be mostly ask about salary negotiation and any other offers in hand.

Programming.
Interviewer was a good guy.
High level programming languages expected
Good networking concepts needed.
L2 L3 concepts.
Programming language like python is helpful.
Not many behavioral questions.
Maybe in the next round.
Cisco certifications like CCNA or CCNP or CCIE help.
