Citi Analyst interview questions

The interview had 2 stages, 1 with a panel of hiring managers ( a few VP / SVP) and a second stage is with HR ( mostly to discuss salary expectation etc). These 2 stages took less than a week to complete. I got the offer eventually but the onboarding process is terribly slow and inefficient. Other banks that I have onboarded with had similar elements/requirements but they could onboard me in 1/4 the time. Time is money and I was available to start work after the 2nd interview yet need to wait 1+ months for their "process". It's really an eye-opening experience.
