The process consisted of three stages: a recruiter screening, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview with members of the wider team. Questions were primarily competency-based, focusing on stakeholder management, problem-solving, teamwork, and examples from previous experience. Interviewers were professional and provided a good overview of the role and team.
The overall process was well organised, although communication between stages could sometimes take longer than expected. The difficulty level was average, and candidates with relevant experience should be able to prepare effectively using examples from their previous roles.
