I submitted my resume and coverletter to my school recruiting center. I was then picked for a first round interview for a summer internship.
First round interview was not bad.
You definitely have to know every single detail of your resume well and be able to explain further and elaborate about what you put on your resume. I would also research about "Why GTS?" before the interview. The analyst who interviewed me was able to give me more information about GTS afterwards. My advice would be to know what's going on in the economy and be able to talk about it too.
Second round interview was at their office. It was also was not as bad as I expected. More information about GTS was sent out through an email to help us prepare. Second round consisted of three one to one interviews that focused on different skills. All of my interviewers were extremely nice. They really took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. There was a half hour break in the middle, and some analysts came in to speak to us and answer more questions. It was definitely a very welcoming atmosphere, and the work culture did not seem extremely intense.
The interviews were not extraordinary difficult at all. The recruiter & all the interviewers did a great job with the whole process!
