Phone call from HR asking the experience details n salary expectations. Secondly phone interview by onsite manager. Most of behavioral questions. In person interview at the VP level. 60% Technical + behavioral. Written test (hand written) which was completely technical. Unix , Oracle, ITIL and windows.
