I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Neu-Delhi) in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Royal Bank of Canada. There were two rounds. Both rounds consisted of a 30 min behavioural and a 30 min case interview. The behavioural was pretty typical but they also ask you about current economic news. The case interviews are usually on an issue that particular interviewer is facing or has faced. It could be operational or market-focused. It is different for everyone.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Citi (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2015
Interview
Completed application early in the year, very slow recruitment process consisted of two online tests, one phone interview and then a two final in house back to back interviews.
When brought into office was seated in room with other applicants. They were all very anti social and created an awkward atmosphere, not a competitive one. Brought into interview with department manager and then another interview after with another member of the department.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Dec 2012
Interview
Met with one senior manager who worked with the hiring manager from the group I was applying for who seemed disinterested in the interview process. The person was busy looking at their computer and seemingly monitoring email and IM during the process. Maybe since I was a consultant interviewing for a full time permanent position it was not taken as seriously
