Interview for a contract position. A single round of interviews with 2 people including the hiring manager. No additional interviews with the broader team or HR, although this was to be expected based on the type of employment.

Zoom panel after initial recruiter call. Panel takes turns asking irrelevant questions about processes and responsibilities not listed in the job description. It definitely gave the feel of a bait and switch.
