Internal internet process. Initial vetting done by Human resources. Interviews with hiring manager and peer positions. I felt it was a genuine interview process. The timing was quick, and well organized. It was a fair process. I did several job applications using this process.

Submitted my resume to the portal through an online posting. Phone screen with HR followed by in person interview only with the hiring manage. Whole process took about 4 weeks.

Question 1
nothing out of the ordinary. Questions regarding past experience. The he went on a tangent and spoke about an unrelated topic for 10 minutes that he was clearly passionate about.

Interview
Long and somewhat general. Not a lot of flexibility in terms and conditions. Always have to go back to HR. Some questions were good but others were useless.
Comps in the bushes will help.
Discuss working remotely, it's very common
As when promotions are given.
Get a feel for the culture of the group? Is there good cross communication. How often is there a strategy meeting to gage how the group is doing?
Some bosses don't say much unless there is a review.
