Citi Equity Research Associate interview questions

First round phone interview with two people, same day response as I was invited to go on site and give a one on one interview. The interview consisted of two senior managing directors and one HR professional. There was a financial modeling case, basically read earnings transcript, change the model and write a note on it.

Phone interviews with HR then in person with local supervisor - mostly behavioural questions and questions about my background. Then interview with analyst and team over phone - same type of questions as before plus why i wanted to do equity research. Then fly to NYC to interview with analyst and team in person - also included some modeling tests. Process took 3 months plus then waited 2 more months to start.
