Citi Financial Advisor interview questions

The interview process occurred over four months. I meet with the hiring manager nine times, which included indepth phone discussions, face to face interviews, aptitude and personality tests and meeting with two other advisors and the district vice president. The process was very rigorous and designed to determine any applicants commitment to success.
