Citi Fraud Analyst interview questions

A telephone interview followed by an English comprehension test and an in person interview at the Citibank office.

I got a call from the HR department a few weeks after I had applied, and set up an appointment,. I met with the department manager, and two leads. The department manager asked a few questions about my skills, and had me answer by using examples of past experiences. The two leads gave me situations and I had to answer how I would handle it.
