Citi IT interview questions

First was phone interview - 15 minutes, standard HR questions both in Polish and English. Next was assessment center with work in a group over some problem and an interview with HR specialist about motivation and interests - both in English and Polish. About a week after that I was invited to an "technical" interview - some questions concerning analytical skills.

You have to be really enthusiastic about the bank and the IT part of its operations. They ask no technical questions, but a lot about attitude and interests. It takes all day and is really stressful and tiring. The interviewers seems nice but be aware they look constantly at how you behave. Always stay calm and don't feel stressed because something went wrong.
