Initial zoom motivation interview, then assessment center online. Initial interview was friendly, just talked about motivations for joining the company and the interviewer getting to know me. The assessment center consisted of three parts: technical interview, leadership interview, case study presentation.

First initial interview and super day following. Initial interview is a standard behavioral and interest based interview with super day being more technical and follow up consisting of three total interviews that day.
