Show the steps you follow when resolving performance issues reported by a client. Build a standby database on the spot. Install a 2 node RAC on the spot. What 3 new technologies have you productively used in the past two years.

Interview
First phone call for about 20-30 minutes.
Then a F2F interview that lasted more than an hour.
Overall they were very nice, the security was very tight getting in the building took time, they take a picture etc.
