Two seperate interviews back to back over the course of an hour. Generic interview questions around competences and wanted to know why you wanted to work at Citi, what you thought about the strategy etc etc.

Why Citi? Tell me a time when you solved a problem with quantitative data? Can you explain MIFID II?

Interview
1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
