I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi in May 2015
Interview
The interview was straight-forward and lasted about 20 minutes. I did not meet with HR, but only with some managers. They told me about the company and how it operates. Often they would come up with off-the-wall questions. I think they were trying to see how I respond to stress. At the end I was told I would hear from them regarding their decision, within two hours.
