Interview was consistent with other Wealth Management companies. Start with phone interview for screening purposes. After, you will be brought in to meet the team and market leads of the specific UHNW/HNW/LFG business. This may consist of several rounds of interviews in blocks of 1-2 hours.

The interview process was long and intense but met lovely people along the way. I had 7 rounds and the job went to someone with more experience so can’t really fault them.

Interview
First interview was a telephone assessment with the recruiter, asked a few competency and culture fit based questions.
The second round was over zoom with a panel of three. This was very structured around the experience and competences.
The third and final round was a short presentation and also a long conversational type of assessment.
