I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi (Singapur) in May 2012
Interview
Mostly questions were about various real scenarios like
- Have you faced failure in projects, if yes - explain it
- How you manage team members distributed across the countries
- How you motivate the team
- Explain your projects and achievements
- Technical details about existing projects
- How you can contribute to the projects
- Goals and Interests
- Some technical design question if you are from technical background - low complexity

Question 1
Some infra setup related questions were unexpected, like server security etc
Recruiter contacted me via email to set up time to interview. I had 3 interviews set up over 2 days.
My first interviewer never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and received NO response. I had my 2nd and 3rd interviews which we standard. Both asked me what I had been told about the role - seems as though there was a step missing or no communication between these interviewers. I emailed the recruiter again to rescheduled the first interview and to follow up - received no response. The people I did speak with were great and I enjoyed my conversations. The recruiter no responding was unprofessional. I know recruiters may ghost after an interview. But when a candidate has interviews scheduled and to not acknowledge or respond is unprofessional.

Pretty straight forward interview process, where you are asked to talk through your cv. Usually four stages but can be more. Depending on interviewer, technical questions may arise.
