I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Process took about 2 months, starting in October for me. I began by attending the webinars and online events in order to network, ask questions, and create relationships with recruiters/analysts. Because I went to nearly every event for my business area (HR), I was noticed by recruiters and bypassed the phone screening (which is usually the first step), I went directly to a first-round 25-minute interview with a VP, mostly a walkthrough of your resume with an emphasis on understanding your technical skills in addition to your general knowledge of the firm. a few weeks after that I went to Superday, which consisted of three back to back behavioral interviews with Director level executives. A couple of weeks after that, A recruiter called me directly and informed me of the offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Taguig) in May 2025
Interview
The virtual interview with the AVPs went great. After the interview, recruiter called me and told me that she'll schedule me for a job offer call. Waited for 2 weeks, I sent a follow up every 2 days, just to be told that my NEGOTIABLE asking rate is apparently "too high" for what they can offer. Could've told me after the interview or even before telling me about the job offer call or even before ghosting me. Really unprofessional.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Applied, had first interview with one employee (seemed like a screening), then a super day with 3 different employees. They asked typical behavioral questions (e.g., tell me about a time you had to manage multiple deadlines).

Question 1
tell me about a time you had to manage multiple deadlines.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
Not very difficult, entirely behavioral based. They are interested in how much research you've done on the firm and why you are looking to work for them versus other banks.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions: Tell me about a time you led a team, etc.
