I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Aug 2025
Interview
The recruiter contacted me to go over basic questions that had been answered in the online application and told me that the manager would not have enough budget for the mid-high range of the posted salary. The recruiter set up an interview with the hiring manager. No one showed up on the zoom call, and later that day, the recruiter claimed "technical difficulties". They rescheduled the call for a few days later, but by then, I was so pissed off from being ghosted with no explanation given, and the salary discussion, I didn't really care about the actual interview. The whole experience was poor.
Easy, Straighforward if you match the experience required. Profesional and good communication. Friendly team, organized and focus into key questions re garding the positions posted. Any complain about the hiring process as it was really quick, I assume it is not the general case
The interview experience was positive, with interviewers who were both great and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Their friendly and professional approach made the conversation engaging. The questions asked were quite straightforward, allowing for clear and direct responses without unnecessary complexity. Overall, the process felt smooth and well-structured, making for a pleasant experience.
