Interview
First stage is online application, then phone interview with HR and then business manager interview (I only got until this stage). HR interview was mostly behavioral questions and lasted for 30 minutes and business manager interview was more specific to the MA role itself and lasted for almost 1 hour.

Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
