I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Jan 2014
Interview
The process depends upon the department. An initial interview call from HR followed by an interview from the department that you're applying and a final interview with the hiring manager. The initial call could be tricky because sometime they will ask questions regarding the position that you are applying and if you are not prepared you will not pass this stage. The second interview could be with a panel of 2 to 3 persons with plenty of questions. If the interviewers expend little time in the review then you were not fitted the job or did not catch interest from them.
I interviewed at Citi (Londonderry County Borough, Northern Ireland)
Interview
I just finished my compliance analyst interview, and it was a great experience. The interviewer asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions, focusing on my knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and internal controls. They wanted to see how I handle compliance violations, interpret policies, and communicate findings to stakeholders. I also had to walk through past experiences where I identified and mitigated risks. They emphasized the importance of attention to detail and ethical decision-making. Overall, the interview tested both my analytical skills and my ability to adapt to evolving regulations. Now, I’m just hoping for good news!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citi (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2023
Interview
One zoom interview, only 2 situational questions and presentation. Straight away I received an "unfortunately" email. Was a quick rejection. Only one interview process. Don't have anything else to say here.
