I received a screening call within the first week of submitting the application. By the end of that week, I had an interview with the hiring manager. By the end of the interview, she let me know that I would be moving to the next round. The panel interview was changed a couple of times because it was scheduled the week of Thanksgiving. Instead of four SVPs, only two attended. Waited two weeks and reached out to the HR contact who advised that the position was placed on hold. The following week, I received an email that the position was no longer available. In the end, it was disappointing to go through all that & find out the job had been put on hold. However, coming from a large company I know that is often outside of the hiring managers control.
