I applied for Citibank China Global Markets Intern in June 2015. The first part is a 20 min written test taken in Citigroup Tower on basic numerical questions (probabilities etc). Then talked to HR about behavioral questions -- why Citi, why Global Markets, why you. Final round is to interview with the Risk Treasury head, and discuss about recent markets news.

1st round interview consists of preparation time and 2 group sessions, 30 minutes each. Citi Early Career team will provide detailed briefing to you at the beginning of the session on the day. The preparation and interview will take a total of 1hour and 45mins to complete.

Interview
I was not being questioned too much technicals, mostly fit questions asked by the interviewer. The interview was pretty okay and when you have done your preparations, the interview is a breeze.
