Lengthy with lots of situational questions. The interviewer had his cell phone going off for the first 5 minutes of my interview before he put it on silent. The phone interview was the first step, and that was pretty easy. The phone interviewer gave very useful hints for the in person interview. Practice situational questions before you go in for the in person, lots of them.

Simple and great and fantastic and wonderful and good and awesome and just really got it goin on. It was a fantastic experience for me and other and the employer. I enjoyed it thoroughly
