I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Citi (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
Meet with a manager and they ask 10 basic star questions. Then got a call from hr regarding a drug screen and also about my references. Then got hired a couple months later. The interview was very short. The manager took notes and there wasn't much to it after that. Made an offer a couple days later. Then I got a call from hr about the position and all the pay details.
