Interview
Applied online. A few hours later was sent a link to complete an assessment that included some math problems and some personality type questions to see if you would be a good fit for the job. After passing the assessment I moved on to a phone interview and after passing that I interviewed with a branch manager. HR called and offered me the position less than 24 hours later. I had to pass a background check and drug test and started one week from accepting the offer.
I applied and interviewed with a few different banks and Citibank was the one that responded to me the quickest, and made me feel the most comfortable in the interviews.
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
