Citi Re-engineering Manager interview questions

Kept insisting that the work environment was very difficult and full of politics. Not sure if that is the best way to sell the place to the interviewee. I did not have mortgage industry experience, but they thought it was critical for job success. Looks like they did not even read my resume before inviting me to interview. Overall strange experience.
