I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Had an on campus Interview. About a week later had a superday in new york city. On campus was far more demanding with technicals. superday was 4 interviews in 2 hours. 1 case interview, 2 behavioral interviews, and 1 technicals interview. Case interview I found the hardest, but most people find that the easiest. To be honest, if you google "Sales and Trading Interview Questions" that's going to cover about 90% of the things asked of you. It's a very standard S&T Interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Citi (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Assessment centre includes 3 half an hour interviews with people from both sales and trading, a case study that concludes with an individual presentation, and a group discussion. Interview questions are primarily competency based, and there were questions about markets as well. The group discussion was at the end of the day, but it's most important to stay active during that process.
