Written online codility test + Telephonic + Face to Face + HR + Culture. Process is simple first online codility test followed by 2-3 round of telephonic interview and 2 rounds of face to face interview

Very lengthy process as the recruitment took around 3 months to onboard. But overall the company is having great people to work with.Operational and were related to work profile. It went for more than an hour. Best part was the interviewer gave the brief about the exact profile and company and therefore maintained transparency

Interview
The interview is hard, you have to make sure you have enough technical knowledge then only step into the Financial Controller's room. Prior to the FC's interview, I have an interview with the vice president. The VP was only ask general interview questions and she is friendly and helpful.
