On campus screening by a student who worked there the past summer, followed by an on campus interview with an employee. After that, superdays were held in the New York office and consisted of 5 30min interviews in a row. They called me 15min after the interviews were over and extended me the offer.

Applied through school careers website. First round was markets based, behavioral (why Citi, why S&T), stock pitch. Similar stuff on Super-day (5 interviews back-to-back). Be ready to defend any of your opinions regarding markets.

Very unorganized. I didn't hear from the recruitment office because I was a non target school and I was going to study abroad in the spring. I emailed my contact there and 10 minutes later I had interview in their sales department. My interviewer was not very accommodating or courtesy on the phone.
