Citi Operations interview questions

Convoluted, lack of structure, inexperienced interviewers asking extremely generic questions that do not provide any input, no detailed description of job function besides what was posted, could not answer simple questions with regards to growth, structure and history of staff/site. Horrible HR.

If you start out on the call center floor, dont look up cause your pay increases by only pennies and the interviews are smoke and mirrors. They hire up the people who dont ask questions or speak up to tell them how bad things are and what needs to be better. Interviews are behavioral related. Enjoy the perks!
